Husky (certain introduction)
For dogs with an average size like the Husky, we do not need to bathe too frequently. Generally, once every 7-10 days is enough. Otherwise, the dry cleaning effect will not be achieved, but the dog's body will also be damaged by washing. If the condition is better, it may only cause more hair loss. If If it's severe, you may get skin diseases. So let’s take a look at the important things to pay attention to when helping your Husky take a bath.
First, prepare the things needed for bathing. For example, comb, towel, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. Before the formal bathing, you should help the Husky comb the coat, and then prepare the bath water. The bath water temperature should be maintained at 37 degrees Celsius, which is close to the dog’s body temperature. It should be noted that to determine whether the water temperature is suitable, you can put its paws in the water. If there is no rejection, it means that the water temperature is suitable and you can start bathing.
Wet the Husky’s body with clean water, then apply shower gel, and gently rub the dog’s body with both hands. Especially the neck, hands, feet, buttocks, tail, toenails and other parts should be thoroughly rubbed and cleaned. At the same time, it should be noted that you should not use excessive force when cleaning and rubbing to avoid irritating the dog. And you should be careful not to get the bath water close to the husky's eyes and ears when cleaning, so as not to cause it to feel uncomfortable and stop bathing.
After rubbing all the dog’s body, you can use clean water to clean the dog’s body completely. It should be noted that the foam on the dog's body must be completely cleaned. After washing, you should use a towel to wipe away the water droplets on the dog's body to prevent the dog from shaking its body and splashing water everywhere. In addition, the wet hair needs to be blown completely with a hair dryer to prevent the dog from catching cold and, more importantly, to avoid causing skin diseases.
Bathing a Husky must not be too frequent. If it feels too long, you can use washing powder to temporarily solve it. For the sake of the dog's body design, we should try to avoid bathing the dog too many times.
